We live diversity and variety out of conviction and at all levels of the company

Since our founding over 20 years ago, these have been values that are deeply anchored in our corporate philosophy. Diversity is a driver for a corporate culture that stands for openness and appreciation. It generates new ideas and perspectives that help us move forward and learn from each other. Of course, we do not stop at statements; we also actively promote diversity by supporting related projects and organizations.

We are committed to LGBTI equality

For example, just last year (2021) we added another addition to our Corporate Social Responsibility. RM Group was added to the list of supporters of the UN Standards of Conduct for Businesses Opposing Discrimination Against LGBTI Persons. The Partnership for Global LGBTI Equality is a coalition of organizations committed to using their individual and collective advocacy efforts to accelerate equality and inclusion for LGBTI persons worldwide and drive positive change. Its standards include “respect for human rights,” “elimination of discrimination,” and “prevention of human rights violations.”

We live and support the vision of the Diversity Charter.

Another initiative that we as a company have been happy to get involved in for years is the Diversity Charter, which we have signed and thus support. The aim of the charter is to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the world of work. Organizations should create a working environment that is free of prejudice. All employees should be valued – regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and world view, sexual orientation and social origin.

Equality at work is essential for us

To ensure gender equality, it is essential that men and women in the company receive the same pay for the same work of equal value. To check whether equal pay is being observed in our company, we used the standard analysis tool Logib for this purpose in 2021. We are very proud of the fact that there are no gender differences at RM Group, which creates fair working conditions, and we are committed to continuing to do everything we can for equality in the workplace.

Diversity is a priority at all levels

We are proud that 30% of our employees have been a part of the RM Group family for more than 5 years and that we can report an overall growth in the number of employees of +25% in 2022.

A lot has happened since our company was founded in Switzerland in 1998. Our team is now spread across 4 locations in Europe: Zurich, Bern, Berlin and Sofia.
