Program Manager Triple A vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead and drive the TAP portfolio and position management workstream within the core banking transformation programme
• Coordinate programme delivery across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivery feasibility
• Manage migration activities, including test planning, user change and business change impacts
• Oversee the understanding and application of transaction-related core processes such as order management, corporate actions, deliveries, loans and OTC
• Support portfolio management and analysis capabilities, including rebalancing, allocation and performance calculation

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager or Programme Lead within large and complex banking transformation programmes
• Strong track record in core banking transformation, replacement, or migration programmes
• Experience migrating clients, business processes, or services to a new core banking environment
• Experience coordinating testing, user change, and business change activities within migration programmes
• Strong banking domain knowledge, particularly across transaction processing and core banking processes
• Good understanding of portfolio and position management, including rebalancing, allocation, valuation, and performance calculation
• Experience with Triple’A / Temenos is advantageous; experience with Temenos T24 / Transact, Avaloq, or comparable core banking platforms is also relevant
• Understanding of Front Office and client reporting impacts arising from core banking changes
• Relevant project management or agile product management certification is an advantage
• Language skills: fluent English
