Program Lead Triple A vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead and drive the TAP portfolio and position management workstream within the core banking transformation programme
• Coordinate programme delivery across multiple streams, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Manage migration activities, including test planning, user change, and business change readiness
• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution to support timely and high-quality delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance strategic objectives with practical feasibility
• Contribute to discussions on transaction-related core processes, including order management, corporate actions, deliveries, loans, and OTC

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager, Programme Lead, or in a similar large-scale project leadership role
• Strong track record in delivering complex transformation or migration programmes
• Experience in test management, user adoption, and business change activities
• Solid understanding of portfolio management and analysis capabilities, including rebalancing, allocation, and performance calculation
• Relevant project management or agile product management certification is an advantage
• Language skills: fluent English
