Change Manager – Financial Information Services vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support the management team in organisational change initiatives linked to the rollout of a new Market Data operating model for Bloomberg.
• Enable smooth adoption through structured change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training coordination.
• Contribute to developing and delivering clear communications across multiple channels such as emails, FAQs, intranet updates, and newsletters.
• Monitor adoption and feedback, analysing usage metrics and survey responses to report actionable insights.
• Maintain up-to-date records of change deliverables, including communication plans, training logs, and risk registers.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 2+ years’ experience in change management, project support, communications, or organisational development within financial services or tech transformation environments.
• Solid understanding of change management principles and practical application.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence is beneficial.
• Language skills: fluent English
