Change Manager – Financial Information Services vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support the Financial Information Services Management team in delivering organisational change for a new Market Data operating model.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, including identifying impacted groups and preparing tailored messaging and briefing materials.
• Contribute to communications planning and execution, ensuring consistent and effective messaging via emails, FAQs, intranet updates, and newsletters.
• Monitor adoption and feedback through surveys, pulse checks, and usage metrics; report insights and suggest targeted interventions for resistance.
• Maintain change documentation and governance records, preparing status reports and presentation decks for steering committees.

Your experience/knowledge:

• At least 2 years of experience in change management, project support, or organisational development, ideally within financial services or large-scale tech transformations.
• Understanding and practical application of change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and project management tools like Jira or Confluence is beneficial.
• Good organisational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Language skills: fluent English
