Business Analyst (Senior) – Endur

Endur Consultant vacancy requiring profound Endur knowledge for our Zurich based client in the energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyzing and executing enhancements to the ETRM system based on business requests
• Documenting user requirements and creating specifications for IT developers on large projects
• Executing minor system modifications as needed
• Ensuring support and customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility
• Complying with internal performance agreements and deadlines
• Collaborating within a team and, maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement

     
Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur ETRM system
• In-depth knowledge of Energy Trading and Trading processes, with essential understanding of Electricity and Gas products
• Proficiency in managing the full Deal Lifecycle, including Front, Middle, and Back Office operations
• University degree in Information Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Language skills: English – fluent, German, Italian, or Spanish would be an advantage

Your soft skills:

• Assertiveness, coupled with ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Excellent team player with outstanding analytical skills
