Your tasks:

• Executing the strategic 4-year plan with a focus on long-term growth and success
• Implementing and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization
• Prioritizing business outcomes over processes or structures
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to optimize operations
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Importing best management practices globally to drive innovation and efficiency

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in a managerial role as an Operations Director, COO, or General Manager
• Extensive international expertise working with established global businesses
• Proficiency in leveraging data and insights for strategic decision-making
• Knowhow in agile methodologies to foster collaboration, and adapt to rapid changing market dynamics
• MBA in a relevant field or background in engineering, financial, or scientific areas
• Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken

Your soft skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
