UX Designer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into clear implementation guidance and specifications.
• Develop user-centred design solutions that address business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Use research, testing, and stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve product experiences.
• Define and apply UX frameworks, design systems, patterns, and accessibility guidelines across products.
• Build alignment across stakeholders by communicating design rationale, priorities, and trade-offs clearly.
• Analyse user behaviour, product data, and market trends to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods, product development lifecycles, and design systems.
• Ability to create mock-ups, prototypes, and design specifications to support delivery.
• Experience using data, metrics, and user insights to shape design direction and evaluate impact.
• Language skills: English fluent
