Scrum Master vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Guide and coach Agile teams through transformation from classical to Agile methodologies
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, events and artefacts
• Support Agile teams in their evolution into high-performing, self-organised entities
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owners and other Agile teams to establish shared priorities and clear goals
• Identify and remove obstacles and impediments, ensuring smooth workflow and fostering continuous improvement

Your experience/knowledge:

• Scrum Master certification and proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile/Scrum delivery contexts within IT or Finance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Temenos TAP / Triple A
• Strong understanding of the software lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro
• Language skills: fluent English
