Reporting Engineer – Mandate Reporting vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Deliver all-round temporary support for the Mandate Reporting Team within the Institutional Clients Platform
• Perform data checks, corrections, and follow-up actions during production cycles
• Collaborate with service teams to address data issues and ensure consistency
• Manage ad-hoc requests, mailbox support, and the mandate onboarding/RFP process including clarification and drafting of reports
• Oversee Jira tickets, track progress, and implement client strategy changes as needed
• Support with functionality testing and assist in creating business specifications and documentation

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience with Asset Management and mandate reporting processes and operations
• Strong skills in data quality checks, data validation, and data availability
• Familiarity with reporting tools, databases, and SQL; CRIMS knowledge is an advantage
• Understanding of workflows for ticket and task management (e.g., Jira)
• Language skills: English
