IT Project Manager – Liquidity Risk Management vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the liquidity risk management project, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality and regulatory objectives are met.
- Gather, analyse and document requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders from Risk, Treasury, Compliance and regional entities.
- Oversee project governance, including milestone approvals, stage-gate reviews and minimum security and control standards.
- Handle project administration such as progress reporting, financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning, and risk and issue logging.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT, Finance, Treasury, Risk and Compliance stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
- Prepare high-quality presentations for steering committees, executive sponsors and operational teams, and support transition to Operations.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with budgets above CHF 1 million.
- Background in liquidity risk management, regulatory reporting or treasury operations within a financial services environment.
- Strong hands-on project management skills, including budget control, forecasting, reporting, resource allocation and vendor coordination.
- Solid experience using Jira and Confluence for agile project delivery and knowledge management.
- Recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
- Language skills: English (fluent), German is an advantage.
