IT Program Manager – Digital Transformation – this is a contract opportunity for an IT PM with large scale IT Transformation experience to join or Switzerland based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes delivered through external partners and outsourced service providers.
• Oversee governance, commercial aspects, and vendor performance across complex delivery models.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective programme execution.
• Manage strategic sourcing and support delivery across multi-year transformation initiatives.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to keep business outcomes on track.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across hybrid internal and external teams.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in IT programme management within large-scale transformation environments.
• Strong background in vendor management, outsourced service delivery, and partner governance.
• Experience working with complex stakeholder groups in multinational or global settings.
• Ability to manage commercial oversight and coordinate hybrid delivery teams effectively.
• Language skills: English
