HR Officer – Talent Management vacancy for our Basel based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Manage the delivery of talent management programmes, including 360-degree leadership analysis, new line manager onboarding, emerging leader development, e-learning and mentoring initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and manager enquiries related to talent management programmes.
- Support the staff engagement tracker, including process coordination, timelines, administration, communications and roll-out activities.
- Update intranet content and support communication campaigns to improve the visibility of talent management offerings.
- Oversee the central training budget, monitor financial commitments and provide regular budget reporting.
- Coordinate external partners and vendors from an operational and procurement perspective, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing and payment processing.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience in an HR environment or working closely with HR on process implementation and coordination, ideally with a focus on talent management.
- Experience in international work environments.
- Experience with HR digital platforms and process improvement methods or best practices.
- Broad knowledge of HR and talent management processes, such as performance management, employee relations and related areas.
- Ability to analyse data and produce high-quality outputs; experience with Excel, Tableau or similar tools is an advantage.
- Language skills: English
