Business Project Lead – Client Onboarding vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead the implementation of a new client onboarding software solution for the European business.
• Gather, structure and prioritise business requirements and specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria, including Definition of Done and non-functional requirements alignment.
• Coordinate test case collection and support quality assurance activities.
• Plan and steer project delivery, ensuring clear progress tracking and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your experience/knowledge:

• At least 5 years’ professional experience in project work within banking.
• Proven experience in client onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements engineering and project steering.
• Experience coordinating testing and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Language skills: English

Your soft skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
