Your tasks:

• Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention.
• Drive improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
• Create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Guide UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research/testing.
• Apply and define UX design frameworks for user experiences.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis & planning.
• Knowledge of product design and interactive technology.
• Experience with UX research methodology and product development lifecycle.
• Language skills: English – fluent

Your soft skills:

• Strong storytelling capabilities.
• Systems thinking and craftsmanship.
• Ability to build consensus across teams.
