Senior IT Service Management Specialist vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Oversee and support the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring effective change assessment, approval and scheduling
• Collaborate with architecture, security, delivery, and development teams to embed service management principles early in the service lifecycle
• Ensure smooth and controlled transition of new and changed services from design into live operations
• Lead service design activities to guarantee supportable, secure, scalable and cost-effective services
• Monitor, analyse and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for service effectiveness and efficiency

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in IT Service Management, ideally within banking or financial services
• Strong practical knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Service Design, Transition, Incident, Problem, Change, IT Operations)
• Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent
• Language skills: English
