Performance Test Engineer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support internal clients in the design, development, and execution of performance tests
• Create insightful and decision-relevant test reports
• Support internal clients in the design, development, and execution of synthetic monitors
• Conduct code reviews for performance and synthetic monitors written in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Advise and support colleagues from other departments in implementing their testing and monitoring requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test environments, methodologies, and automation strategy

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong analytical skills and structured approach to requirements analysis
• Proven experience developing tests with Playwright (Java, TypeScript) and Grafana k6 (JavaScript)
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket / Jenkins and GitLab
• Solid understanding of system architectures, APIs, networks, and performance metrics; familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; several years of experience in performance testing, test automation, or software engineering
• Language skills: English (Fluent)
