 Business Transformation Project Manager- CMMC/NIST/DFARS vacancy for our Zurich based client in Aerospace Industry 

Your tasks:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Lead workshops with stakeholders to map and analyze CUI data flows, evaluate end-to-end business processes, and propose compliant, streamlined ways of working.
  • Propose Process Updates: Review current business processes across functions (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Engineering/Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash) and recommend updates based on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Update Existing Processes: Work with local process owners to review, approve, and implement proposed updates using standard formats and required procedures.
  • Coordinate with business analysts on related projects to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of efforts.
  • Partner with IT and IS teams to define scope and support the creation of process documents and SOPs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various global programs to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Create detailed process documentation and reports as required at the country level.

     

Your experience/knowledge:
 

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Transformation PM with experience mapping out end-to-end business processes and SOPs and updating them in various forms (i.e. using Visio).  
  • Strong background in compliance with NIST and CMMC standards.
  • Cross-Functional Understanding: Solid grasp of how key business functions (engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing) interact; no deep expertise needed, but strong high-level awareness is essential.
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Experience supporting compliance efforts (e.g., DFARS/CMMC), understanding how regulations impact processes, and working closely with IT, cybersecurity, legal, and other teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across various departments, such as IT, cybersecurity, legal, trade compliance, and procurement.
  • Language skills: English
