IT Rollouter – Printer Exchange (German)for our client based in Baden based company in the Manufacturing sector.

Your tasks:

• Planning and execution of the Printer exchange projects – Appr. 120 Printers in 4-7 Rollouts
• Implement operation processes with new printer service provider
• Stabilize printing services
• Support IS Infrastructure team in Service Management tasks and small projects     

Your experience/knowledge:
 

• 2-3 years of experience in Service Management
• Experience in Printer Contract-, and Printer Service Provider Management
• Language skills: German and English fluent

Your soft skills:
 

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
