Aliquotation Operator – 50%, German, vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Plan and execute tasks related to the creation of laboratory aliquots in the area of stability, release, and reference sample management at the site level.
• Conduct/organise GMP aliquotting (laboratory „bulk“ and analytical samples in the mg/g range).
• Manage inventory (electronically and physically) on behalf of the analytical laboratory in centralised facilities.
• Ensure delivery according to the relevant quality standards and compliance with systems, equipment, and processes.
• Create raw data documents for handover to internal and/or external customers.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Completed vocational training in pharmaceutical development/logistics in the GMP area or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years successful professional experience in analytical development.
• Good knowledge of software and computer tools.
• Mastery of quality principles (GMP, ALCOA+).
• Language skills: German – fluent, English – good level.
