Administrative Assistant – R&D vacancy for our Stein based client in the Manufacturing sector.

Your tasks:

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions.
  • Schedule appointments and provide information to callers.
  • Compose memos and transcribe notes.
  • Research and create presentations.
  • Generate reports and handle multiple projects.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Ability to plan and accomplish goals with experience and judgment.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Language skills: English

Your soft skills:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under general supervision with a degree of creativity and latitude.
