Business Analyst – Banking Compliance, KYC, AML Workflow Automation vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Gather and document business requirements for the Global CoI Register in collaboration with the framework owner
• Analyse compliance-related processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation
• Bridge business and technical perspectives to support the design of an automated IT workflow solution
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear process and solution needs
• Support stakeholders throughout requirements clarification and solution definition

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a compliance focus
• Understanding of automated workflow solutions and business process design
• Knowledge of Flowable and/or ServiceNow is an advantage
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
• Language skills: English, German
