Project Manager vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Support meeting preparations by creating PowerPoint presentations and speaker notes.
• Coordinate recurring cost and budget management activities, including planning cycles, forecasts, cost-centre follow-up and consolidation of inputs.
• Manage CO2 and travel budget tracking, planning and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support annual and in-year workforce and FTE planning, together with organisational data and related business-management processes.
• Maintain integrated workplans, action logs, milestones, dependencies and follow-ups across business-as-usual and selected transformation topics.
• Prepare management information, status updates, meeting materials and decision inputs for leadership.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5-8+ years’ experience in management consulting and/or business management or chief of staff functions.
• Experience within a large financial services, insurance/reinsurance, or similarly complex multinational organisation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including senior-management level presentation preparation.
• Excellent English language skills.
