Global Clinical Distribution Lead vacancy for our Basel-based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Manage on-time delivery performance for clinical supply shipments across the global distribution network.

• Coordinate depot supply activities in close collaboration with Clinical Demand and Supply stakeholders.

• Represent distribution activities in Protocol Execution Teams, Global Supply Execution Teams, and other relevant meetings.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational or system-related issues that may impact delivery performance.

• Execute activities accurately within CLARA, including first- and second-level diagnostics.

• Support quality-related processes, including incidents, CAPAs, and change management activities where applicable.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous-improvement initiatives within the global clinical distribution organisation.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• 3–4+ years of professional experience in clinical supply chain, clinical trial logistics, warehouse management, or a related supply chain discipline.

• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and hands-on experience.

• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is highly advantageous.

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage.

• Language skills: English
