Senior Delivery Lead – Trading, Execution, FX, FIX vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead requirements gathering, target-state design and delivery coordination across execution service and FX workstreams.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target Execution Management System and the future operating model.
• Coordinate alignment between Business, Technology, Operations, local Germany platform teams, custody migration activities and external service providers.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert bridging business requirements and technology delivery.
• Drive end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness and business adoption activities.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience delivering trading, execution, FX and capital markets transformation initiatives within banking or financial services.
• Strong background in end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations in complex environments.
• Strong technical expertise in FIX Protocol and a solid understanding of trading workflows, order lifecycle management, securities and FX products.
• Experience producing technical and business specifications and preparing presentation materials.
• Background in banking, ideally including client onboarding or related front-to-back processes.
• Language skills: English, fluent
