Senior Test Manager vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Define and document a comprehensive testing strategy for a complex mainframe-to-Linux migration project.
• Integrate unit, functional and comparison testing into the overall test framework.
• Identify and implement suitable test tools and processes, including defect tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate test planning, environment preparation, execution and status reporting across multiple phases.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders including architects, developers and project management.
• Monitor test progress, manage risks and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance activities.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience in test management on complex transformation or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, particularly unit testing, functional testing and comparison testing.
• Proven experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Experience in test planning, execution oversight, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to use test management tools such as X-Ray or similar solutions.
• Language skills: English
