IT Programme / Project Lead – ServiceNow, ITSM, Agile vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-related programmes and projects, from feasibility through to execution, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
• Translate project objectives into clear work packages and manage planning, progress tracking, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate release planning, upgrade activities, and platform dependencies with the ServiceNow platform team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards, governance requirements, and quality/compliance expectations.
• Manage stakeholders across business and IT functions, including sponsors and senior management, and provide clear reporting.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies at programme level.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven senior-level project or programme management experience, ideally 10+ years, within complex IT or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow, including ITSM, CMDB, and preferably CSDM concepts and additional ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with IT service management environments and knowledge of ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 best practices.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches, as well as tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Language skills: English, German
