IT Support – Hardware Refresh Support Worker vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Handover guidance to end-users
• IT Support related to new laptops, e.g. mapping of mailboxes and file shares, OneDrive and SharePoint sync etc.
• Asset management of new and returned HW
• Preparation of new devices
• Support with admin tasks

Your experience/knowledge:

• Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
• Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems, Support Asssistant from Dell and knowledge of Intune along with M365 suite, Identity Management
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic but also to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights within the team.
• Certificate ICT Supporter or similar is desirable
• Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
