R&D / Tech Dev Quality Lead vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Lead and support global GDPD project teams on all quality-related topics, questions, and issues.
- Provide quality oversight for assigned development projects, ensuring strong guidance and technical input.
- Develop project quality strategies in alignment with GDPD, including contingency planning and risk assessments.
- Represent QA DDS in expert panels, project sub-teams, quality boards, and development gate meetings.
- Support quality aspects of new technology projects and act as QA approver for technical documentation.
- Contribute to quality agreements, impact assessments, QMS documentation, and regulatory change assessments.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Bachelor (> 10 years’ pharma quality or operations)
- Masters (> 5 years’ pharma quality or operations)
- Proven experience in quality management within medical devices, drug delivery systems, or related development environments.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes for medical devices.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects, including technical documentation, risk management, and governance activities.
- Ability to contribute to inspections, deviation reviews, OOX records, and change impact assessments.
- Fluent English required (oral & written). Good skills in site (local) language desired (oral).
