IT Business Analyst – Infrastructure & Corporate Applications vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Support Product Owners in managing and prioritising product backlogs.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and requirements workshops.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Define and coordinate test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide second-line support for applications and services, investigating incidents and operational issues.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within IT, technology or digital delivery teams.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams, product backlogs, testing and UAT activities.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Language skills: English (fluent).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
