Business Analyst/Test Coordinator vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Plan and coordinate the overall approach for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare, document, maintain, and execute test cases, including regression testing
- Co-ordinate and track defects, ensuring thorough documentation, prioritisation, and follow-up on resolution
- Support business users during UAT, facilitate structured business sign-off, and ensure high-quality reporting to the project team
- Contribute to go-live readiness by confirming that testing completion criteria and quality gates are satisfied
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Specialist, ideally in IT transformation or regulatory projects within financial services
- Strong experience in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation, execution, and regression testing
- Experience with regulatory reporting projects (e.g., AnaCredit), with an understanding of data requirements and data pipeline validation
- Practical knowledge with defect tracking tools (such as JIRA or similar) and an understanding of structured testing methodologies
- Language skills: English, German
