Your tasks:

• Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities aligned with product and business objectives.
• Propose product and service improvements based on research-driven insights and recommendations.
• Communicate research findings and actionable recommendations clearly to partners and stakeholders.
• Build consensus and influence teams to adopt user-centric, research-based solutions.
• Adapt research strategies for complex projects, anticipating evolving user needs.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proficiency in UX research methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of human/user behaviour related to product development.
• Hands-on experience across the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse and synthesise user and business requirements to guide innovative solutions.
• Language skills: English
