Scrum Master vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Facilitate and support two agile teams within a growing agile environment
• Work closely with both business and technology stakeholders to drive value delivery
• Manage and resolve cross-team and programme-level dependencies and risks
• Ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
• Champion the use of SAFe practices and promote agile mindset throughout the teams

Your experience/knowledge:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment
• Demonstrable hands-on software development background
• SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Proven ability to manage dependencies in complex programmes; knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Language skills: English (fluent), German is an advantage

Your soft skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Excellent coaching capabilities to guide teams and individuals
• Comfort operating with senior stakeholders and business users in demanding environments
