Deputy Head of Data & Solution Enablement ad interim vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Provide interim leadership for the Data & Solution Enablement function, ensuring operational continuity and team guidance
- Act as business owner and strategic representative for the enterprise data platform
- Shape the platform strategy, stakeholder engagement model, and value proposition for business users
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and transformation activities, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data adoption and value realisation
- Contribute to the artificial intelligence agenda, including use case evaluation, rollout preparation, and governance support
Your experience/knowledge:
- University, Polytechnic degree, or equivalent professional qualification
- 10-15 years' professional experience, including leadership within financial services and transformation environments
- Strong understanding of wealth management and private banking; previous experience in similar environments is advantageous
- Deep expertise in modern data platforms, management and analytics within financial institutions
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programmes and cross-functional teams
- Language skills: English fluent
