Customer Experience Manager vacancy for our Glattpark based client in the Telco sector.
Your tasks:
- Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify gaps using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Redesign and implement innovative business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document and analyse business rules, work instructions, and create business cases based on deep data analysis.
- Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service topics, offering support on requirements, processes, and impacts on customer experience.
- Represent the customer's voice within the organisation and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, PMs, trainers, developers, and testers.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validations to ensure solutions meet business needs and customer expectations.
Your experience/knowledge:
- At least 5 years' experience in Business Analysis or Process/Project Management, preferably within telecommunications.
- Proven experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong focus on customer experience and process improvement with a digital-first mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear written requirements.
- Language skills: English
