Your tasks:

• Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities that support product and business goals.
• Propose improvements to products and services based on research-driven insights and recommendations.
• Create and communicate research findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to partners and stakeholders.
• Build consensus and influence teams to support user-centric, research-based solutions.
• Anticipate changing user needs and adapt research strategies for complex projects.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proficiency in UX research methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of human/user behaviour and how it informs product development.
• Experience working across the full product development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse and synthesise user and business requirements to guide solutions.
• Language skills: English

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
