Travel Sourcing Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and management of the corporate travel category
• Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, travel management companies, online booking tools and ground transportation vendors
• Ensure a cost-efficient, compliant, and business-aligned travel programme that prioritises the traveller experience
• Analyse travel data to identify opportunities for cost savings, enhanced service and process improvement
• Assist in managing and monitoring the corporate travel budget and ensuring policy compliance

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in travel sourcing, procurement or corporate travel management
• Proficient in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of achieving beneficial agreements
• Language skills: English
