Senior UX/UI Designer – Digital Wealth and Credit Platform vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for UI/UX within project
• Ensure all frontends follow CI/CD guidelines
• Create screen flows / support in process design / identification of scenarios / personas 
• Development of clickable mock-ups (Figma) based on business and data requirements 
• Incorporate new requirements into existing user journeys / assess & improve them / create JIRA tickets to close current CI/CD gaps 
• Participation in workshops with Epic / Feature owner and developers 
• Presentation of processes and mock-ups 
• General support along the UI/UX value chain 
• SPOC for our digital business team / inform them about progress 
• Assessment / challenging of business requirements, validation with experts and users 
• Conducting usability testing 
• Testing with user groups, creating scenarios, recording and analysing results

Your experience/knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Extensive knowledge in UX/UI processes 
• Expert in creating clickable mock-ups / experience with Figma is essential
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Professional in understanding and delivering according to corporate styleguides
• Technical affinity and understanding of software development processes
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies; ability to write user stories
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Skilled in optimizing processes and setting up ideal work-conditions (tools, templates)

What would stand out:

• Work experience in a large frontend delivery project in the financial industry / fin. product
• Knowledge of the Swiss pension system including associated investment processes, as well as experience in mortgage financing
• Experience in test management
• Ability to work in a competitive and challenging environment
