ERP Project Management Officer – PMO, SAP S/4HANA vacancy for our Olten based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Support Project Managers and Workstream Leads in day-to-day project management, including team meetings, project charters, resourcing and financial planning
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered in scope, on time, on budget and with high quality
• Initiate project setups and assist through phase gate reviews and compliance to standards
• Contribute to the preparation of consolidated status reports, management dashboards and decision documents for steering committees and senior business stakeholders
• Manage communication, information and documentation tasks, including coordinating change activities

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in complex ERP and/or business transformation programmes (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and MS Office
• Experience supporting or leading teams through IT project delivery, with understanding of ERP landscapes and business process integration
• Degree in business, engineering, information systems or comparable field, or equivalent proven practical experience
• Language skills: English
