Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Product Registration vacancy for our Basel based client in the Manufacturing sector.

Your tasks:

• Facilitate the output of the Global Regulatory team by contributing to delivery activities regarding certificate documentation and Letters of Access
• Prepare appropriate regulatory certificates in response to specific requests from various countries
• Support the resolution of country-specific documentation and certificate issues
• Issue Letters of Access in accordance with requests from internal stakeholders and third parties
• Provide general support to members of the Global Regulatory Department as required

Your experience/knowledge:

• Some working experience in Product Registration or similar department preparing documentation is preferred
• Ability to work within and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Clear evidence of results orientation
• Competent user of MS Windows and standard office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Language skills: fluent English

• Reliable and trustworthy, with attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across organisational boundaries
• Flexible and adaptable to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
