Purchase Order Specialist vacancy for our Glattpark based client in the Telco sector.

Your tasks:

• Manage end-to-end PR to PO conversion, ensuring all requests are processed within defined SLAs
• Execute purchase orders swiftly and accurately with a focus on “first time right”
• Act as the operational interface to suppliers, overseeing communication, order follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Monitor and proactively manage order backlog for timely delivery and escalation
• Drive process stability and implement improvements in ordering, tracking and handling issues

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree or significant relevant experience in supply chain management or procurement
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operational procurement / purchase order management (SAP)
• Strong knowledge of SAP PR to PO conversion and purchase order execution with a focus on SLA compliance
• Experience managing suppliers on an operational level and handling operational issues such as delivery delays or invoice mismatches
• Language skills: German
