Technical Solution Consultant vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector.

Your tasks:

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to strategic partners in migrating from Content API to Merchant API
• Perform implementation reviews and share best practices with partner development teams, potentially lead virtual workshops
• Act as the bridge between partners and internal Product Management, Engineering, and Business Development teams
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and design scalable support solutions
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation

Your experience/knowledge:

• 4-5 years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with a strong customer focus
• Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting and debugging
• Coding skills; knowledge of Shopping APIs is an advantage
• Proficiency in SQL for managing and analysing data
• Proven project management skills, with experience in managing complex technical migrations
• Language skills: English
