Project Manager -Core Banking -Transformation vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Represent the Management Accounting view in a large scale core banking replacement programme, ensuring all related aspects are accurately captured
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Management Accounting applications due to core banking and markets implementation
• Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domain
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Support organisational change by effectively communicating and syndicating changes to stakeholders

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven professional experience (10+ years) in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting with a focus on transformation projects, core banking system implementation, and financial data flows
• Deep finance expertise for wealth management products, especially relating to Management Accounting and finance system integration (e.g., trading platforms, core banking, risk tool integration)
• Solid technical experience with Management Information Systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BW); experience with Temenos or similar core banking solutions is a plus
• Excellent understanding of processes and requirements for cost allocation, P&L generation, product profitability calculations, and cost/profit centre accounting
• Language skills: English

Your soft skills:

• Ability to represent Finance interests with seniority in large-scale programmes
• Hands-on experience in delivering project requirements pragmatically and managing complex dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and change management communication skills
