Order Management Junior (French/English) vacancy for our Satigny based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Prepare service quotations for spare parts, oil analysis, and factory repairs using MS Office and price calculation models under the supervision of the Sales Manager
• Update and follow up on Salesforce opportunities, including creating quotes, inputting technical data, and performing monthly closures
• Handle customer purchase orders, including acknowledgement, workflow management, and updates to SAP data (delivery, PO modifications, invoicing)
• Manage transport documentation and delivery notes in SAP, and ensure correct archiving of related finance and order documents
• Process invoicing, credit notes, and overdue invoice follow-up, and support general reporting and administrative tasks as required

Your experience/knowledge:

• Practical experience in sales administration, order management, or service quotation processes
• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Salesforce
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Previous exposure to back office or commercial support roles is advantageous
• Language skills: French,English
