RM Group announces a change in its executive management. Gzim Zumberi, a Swiss entrepreneur with many years of experience in Swiss IT staffing, will assume the role of CEO of RM Group, succeeding Yohan Bräunling. This ensures that RM Group will remain firmly anchored in the Swiss market going forward,

Gzim Zumberi brings extensive experience in leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, efficiency improvement and corporate development. Through his many years of work on both the corporate and project side, he also has a deep understanding of the needs of clients, candidates and external specialists.

The management transition will take place gradually until the end of July to ensure a smooth handover.

For our clients, candidates, external employees, contractors, payrollees, partners, and other external contacts, nothing changes as a result of this transition. RM Group will continue to operate under its existing brand and identity.

The existing structure of RM Group remains unchanged. Existing points of contact, client relationships, contracts, processes, and services will continue as before.
