Compliance Project Manager / Business Analyst vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead AI governance-related project activities from planning through to implementation, testing, go-live and success measurement.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.
• Manage the full project life cycle, including coordination of stakeholders and delivery progress tracking.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project and compliance risks throughout delivery.
• Support the implementation of AI use cases, including data management and risk management considerations.
• Prepare clear status updates and contribute to effective decision-making across the project team.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3-5 years’ experience in project delivery, ideally within a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations and control processes.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and delivery tracking across the project life cycle.
• Familiarity with AI regulations, data management and risk management principles.
• Language skills: English fluent
