Your tasks:

• Analyse client needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for mandate and portfolio fund solutions.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and refinement sessions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Develop features, user stories, detailed specifications and requirements documentation for technical and organisational implementation.
• Define interface changes, data models, application configurations and, where required, GUI adaptations.
• Create and execute functional and non-functional test cases and support quality assurance activities.
• Prepare management decision papers and ensure transparent communication across business and IT stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of user documentation and training materials where required.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Higher education in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in the investment domain within large banking environments.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering and modelling techniques.
• Proven experience working closely with Agile / Scrum IT teams; knowledge of Essential SAFe is advantageous.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into features, user stories and detailed functional specifications.
• Good understanding of interfaces, data models, application configurations and testing.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured and independent working style.
• Language skills: German C2 / near-native.
