Business Analyst – Client Relationship Management vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear technology solutions.
• Structure and model client, contact, legal entity and relationship data to support CRM and sales processes.
• Define business data requirements, data ownership and quality controls for client and relationship information.
• Carry out data mapping and source-to-target analysis across CRM platforms and related front-office systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects and the Product Owner to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations and data solutions.
• Produce user stories, process flows, functional specifications and support testing, implementation and adoption activities.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong business analysis experience, ideally 7+ years within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms, client data management and relationship modelling.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activities.
• Understanding of master data, data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, client hierarchies and legal entity data is highly desirable.
• Language skills: English fluent, German nice to have
