Business Analyst – Core Banking, Automation – this is a long term contract opportunity to join our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyse current banking workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to support effective implementation.
• Re-engineer end-to-end processes with a focus on core banking integration and operational efficiency.
• Support product ownership activities, including requirement clarification, prioritisation, and solution alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery within a high-priority transformation project.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes; T24 knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with automation or robotics process automation (RPA) is highly desirable.
• Degree educated, ideally with a relevant bachelor’s qualification.
• Language skills: fluent English
