Procurement Records Analyst vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

  • Act as the primary procurement point of contact for contract-related and procurement-related enquiries raised by the remediation team.
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement documentation, contract structures, hierarchies, and related contractual relationships.
  • Identify, retrieve, and validate contractual documentation and supporting procurement artefacts across multiple repositories and storage locations.
  • Investigate missing, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent contract records and metadata, and help reconstruct fragmented contract hierarchies.
  • Analyse incoming information requests, coordinate searches across relevant systems and stakeholder groups, and validate findings against the original request.
  • Review contract-related metadata and support data quality remediation, reporting readiness, and continuous improvement activities.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, contract management, contract administration, procurement governance, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of commercial supply contracts and contractual hierarchies, including master agreements, statements of work, amendments, addenda, annexes, and schedules.
  • Experience with data quality reviews, information validation, and records remediation activities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse large volumes of documentation accurately.
  • Language skills: English, German
